Opening Event – Wine Tasting, Casual Eating, and Networking

  • 5pm – 7:30pm (or maybe a bit later)
  • 34 Kreuse Canyon Rd., NAPA – Michael Vogel’s home
  • 5:15pm – Caldwell Winery wine tasting – Sponsored by Uzin Utz (Eric Orleans) and Cali Floors
  • Food Truck by Heritage Eats Foods
  • Full bar and other drinks

Business Sessions

  • 8am – Breakfast at Charlie Palmer Hotel – downstairs at Archer Hotel
  • 9am – Welcome by Michael V
    • Keynote Speakers
  • 12pm – 12:40pm – Lunch
  • 12:45pm – 3:30pm – Vendor Connection
    • Vendor Connection – Each vendor will spend 15 minutes in a ‘high speed networking’ event

Monday Gala Reception and Dinner – Napa Valley Wine Train!

  • Train Depot Reception
    • Bus Departure – Loading starting at 4:00 departing at 4:20
    • Reception 4:30 to 5:15 pm
    • Napa Valley Train Depot – 1275 McKinstry St., Napa
    • 12 min walk from the Archer or Ubers will be available for a 3 min drive
    • Beer, Wine, hors d’oeuvres
  • Gala Dinner – A New Experience! The Napa Valley Wine Train
    • All Aboard 5:20 or before
    • 5:30pm Train Departs – Don’t be late
    • We will have three private cars for our group, 2 Lounge Cars and a Dinner Car
    • Cocktails, Wine and Networking in the Lounge Car, sit-down dinner in the Dining Car
    • Silver Oak wines paired with our Chef’s dinner
    • Return to the train depot at 8:30
    • Group disembarks
  • After Hours Options

BP Member Meeting

  • 9:30am – 3pm – Archer Hotel meeting room
  • 6:30pm – Casual dinner. Location TBD

  • Reservations made via Building Partnerships
  • Friday & Saturday – Limited rooms by request
    • If you have requested these dates, Michael or George will confirm rooms and costs directly with you
  • Sunday & Monday – Standard Room – $429 – Suite – $529 (limited)
